  • 10:15 a.m.: Session Employer Panel “ Recruitment Trends Looking Ahead" Panel discussion with Recruitment professionals led by the Employer Relations Committee Co-Chairs Darlene London Johnson, Director of External Relations at Hofstra University, and Donna Fox Haynes, Senior Director of Employer Relations at St. John's University. 
  • The panel will focus on future recruitment trends post Covid-19 and the re-opening of organizations. Discussion about virtual events and the future of student employment after graduation. Panelists will include:
  • BNP Paribas – Dorian Fuller, Vice President, Head of Diversity Recruitment
  • Broadridge - Emma Peck, Early Career Recruiter
  • EY - Lauren Harris, Assistant Director, US-East Campus Recruiting

  • 12:40 p.m.: Alva Cooper Awards Presentation led by Kristina Simonsen, MSEd, Associate Director, Employer Relations at John Jay College  
  • 1:25 p.m.: Closing Remarks / Celebration Continues - Video Montage
  • 1:30 p.m.: Conference Concludes
