The session will start with a refresher of concepts from the original session, followed by breakout sessions discussing real life DEI scenarios in career services, and culminating with a hefty Q&A session where Gabby will address your questions and review scenario outcomes. Just like the first session, this workshop will provide attendees with a safe space and opportunity to discuss relevant issues in the diversity and inclusion arena, while promoting honest dialogue about the complexities of race, social justice, and industry trends in career services in light of recent events impacting communities of color. **To freshen up on concepts from Gabby's first session, MNYCCPOA will share the recording from the July 30, 2020 webinar, and the resources that Gabby shared in this first meeting.
