MORNING SESSION: 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

The morning will consist of a panel presentation from employers discussing the parameters and strategies used to recruit a diverse workforce.

Our guest panelists are:

-Monique Brown-Mercado, Manager of Human Resources at Deloitte
-Yos Bugallo, Inclusiveness Recruiting Campus Consultant at Ernst & Young
-Allison Westfield James, Manager/NY/NJ Recruitment Lead and Jose Santiago, Diverse Talent Recruiter and Manager at INROADS
-Kerri Patrick, Sr. Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers
-Karla Morrison, Assistant Manager, Internship Program at T.Howard Foundation

LUNCH/BUSINESS MEETING : 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m.

AFTERNOON SESSION: 1:30 p.m. -3:00 p.m.

In the afternoon, there will be roundtable discussions on counseling a variety of diversity issues including LGBTQ, handling four different generations in the workplace, International Student Career Issues, and special programming for diversity.
