AGENDA

  • 10:00 am – 10:30 am – Coffee and Check-in
  • 10:30 am – 10:45 am – Welcome
  • 10:45 am – 12:15 pm - Speaker: Kristina Hallett, PhD, ABPP Board Certified In Clinical Psychology
    • TOPIC:  The Anti-Burnout Solution - Self-Care for Real Life - Fear and stress are universal experiences, but they don’t have to control our lives. Understand the mechanisms of stress response      and how to change this to prevent burnout before it starts. How we talk to ourselves (inside our own head) has EVERYTHING to do with how we interact with others, the success we do (or don’t) have, and whether or not we are happy living the life we have. We can re-wire our brain to stop comparing and start enjoying life through small, repeatable practices. Bottom line, learning to love ourselves is a process that is simple, not easy but completely achievable.
    • The incidence of “burnout” in professional positions is high (often over 60%). This engaging, informative, science-based keynote not only inspires the audience but provides concrete, easy-to-implement solutions for immediate use.
    • Using the latest in neuropsychological research, real-world language and examples, Dr. Hallett presents a clear pathway to reduce stress, avoid the potential for burnout, and increase overall happiness and work/home satisfaction.
    • Dr. Hallett's Website: https://www.drkristinahallett.org/
  • 11:30 am - 2:30 pm - 10 Minute Chair Massages (On-going)
