‘FROM MIND FULL to MINDFUL: Managing Stress and Nurturing Team Cohesion in the time of Covid-19 The abrupt and enduring pivot to remote work has caused significant shifts in the way we work. The benefits of remote work for professionals include reduced commute costs, flexible work schedules, and location independence. However, some of the challenges of remote work include interrupted work flow due to technological glitches, misconstrued communications via technology, and reduced socialization with co-workers.  Reduced socialization can contribute to difficulties building and cultivating team cohesion, particularly when working in distributed teams across multiple campuses or with varying schedules of remote or hybrid work. These challenges can also induce stress during a socially challenging time navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. To combat the stress of these dynamics, will explore the impact of virtual and remote work and strategies for nurturing team cohesion whether you supervise other professionals or not.

*NOTE* Participants will need a secondary device (e.g. Smartphone, tablet, iPad) to access a browser for external activities, while using Zoom simultaneously.
